My cat Remus was referred from an emergency vet to Dr. D'Intino and I'm so very grateful for her. The emergency vet screwed up the testing of the fluid built up in his abdomen and told us he was septic and that he needed surgery which wasn't even the case. The emergency vet contaminated the specimen in the process of taking it. Thank goodness Dr. D'Intino immediately wanted to get a fresh sample and even said the first time she tried she knew it was going to be contaminated, so she tried a second time and got a clean sample to look at. She would have been the one to do surgery if that's what was needed and I can easily say that I would have trusted her fully to do it. Thankfully my baby doesn't need surgery at all and can be treated for his FIP with medication. CityVet keeps it on hand because starting the medication ASAP is important so I'm grateful for that as well. Your fur baby will be in good hands here for sure, and they're a great place to take any cats that might have FIP.

What an absolutely wonderful experience it was going to see regina. I'm traveling international with my puppy , and she did a great job in forming me of all the information and getting me all set for my trip.

This was an amazing experience with the staff and Dr Krampe . They all treated us and our dog Gordy with sympathy and professionalism that was a definite plus with any concerns of ours. Highly recommend this facility. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. 5 thumbs up. CR.

Yeah...NO! Please do not bring your pet here unless you're prepared to pay top dollar. So, I brought my pet here to establish care and get a refill of her standard medication. I can understand the cost of the exam and the physician's time. I'm unclear on the cost of the medication. Prednisolone is inexpensive. Very affordable. I left paying $77.00 for it. You can get it at Walgreens or any other pharmacy for $10.00...probably less. In addition, Dr. Williams tried to sell me labs and a sterile UA for my senior Chihuahua, quoting a price over $ 500. All I needed was an exam and her refill of medication that she's been on for over 2 years. She's old, and I know what she needs. Once I mentioned that I only needed her medication, the tech stressed the need for labs and UA within the year. When I asked about the cost of the medication, I was informed. I mentioned that it was an inexpensive medication and was then told that NEXT TIME I can get a script and have it filled elsewhere. There will not be a next time, as I feel as though this business is only out to make money and does not truly care about your family member.

Very friendly. My dog was seen in no time. They made her feel at ease. She got treated and got her meds in less than an hour. I would take her back if needed. I highly recommend them. She even got treats.
