Our Senior dog (Scooter) has been with Banfield since he was a puppy 16 years today. When we arrive I am always greeted and checked in right away. The staff are always friendly and ask me if I have questions or concerns. All the vets over the years treat Scooter with care and love. Now that he's older the vets give him a room to wait in so he's comfortable. Best decision I made signing up with Banfield they are 100% pet lovers and want the best for our loving pets. Definitely would recommend their services.
