They were so kind and understanding. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable and educated us during the appointment about her possible concerns and possible diagnosis. The vet tech staff was also so kind as well, same with the front desk staff.

The only Banfield I got to... the others are attached to pet smart, I don't shop in pet smart what's so ever. Staff friendly ! I don't get greeted everything , by name, but the backfire staff normally remembers my baby (the doctor and whoever helping her) . Priced are better with wellness plan for your babies ! Cheaper than most insurances and other locations.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. If you choose a monthly care plan for your pet, you are LOCKED IN to a 66-85 dollar monthly payment contract with no way to get out until a year after signing up, or you pay a hefty cancellation fee (in my case $600). I have a healthy 3yr old golden retriever yet I had no idea this care plan is like a binding contract. What a horrible, atrocious way to do business with your customers. Of course they did not tell me when I signed up that I was locked in for 12 months no ifs ands or buts, or that a large cancellation fee would be due. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to pay between 65-85 a month. Borderline extortion

During two of the most difficult moments our family has faced, we've turned to Banfield Pet Clinic to help us say goodbye to our 13 and 14-year-old pets. Each time, the staff there displayed incredible sensitivity and compassion, not just towards our animals but also towards us as a grieving family. The professionals at the clinic took us through the end-of-life process with great care, allowing us to understand what was happening every step of the way. We never felt rushed, which allowed us to focus on our farewells. Besides the emotional support, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their services, which is one less worry at a time like this. Though it's always painful to part ways with a cherished family member, Banfield Pet Clinic offered the kind of supportive and understanding environment that helps ease the distress. For those unfortunate moments when you have to say goodbye, I can't recommend their services highly enough.
