We have had such a great experience with our dog, Biscuit! Even when they don't have appointments open, they let you drop off your dog so they can get to him between appointments. It has always been less expensive than expected, and they do an awesome job. The other day, our dog kept constantly licking his paw, so I decided to drop him off and he had a infection and were able to take care of him. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Treated our cat like garbage, kept her for 24 more hours than said bc they messed up scheduling of the vet causing so much trauma for our cat. They don’t care at all about your pets. When we brought up this they all hid in the back and were like “we gave you a discount” ya but those were for X-rays we didn’t ask for and gave them to us for free as a way to make amends but those showed nothing and we both had to take off time off work for two days in a row bc they messed up and still charged us on the high end of their “estimate”. Go elsewhere, we grabbed our pets records and will never go back to this vet. They lost all our confidence and I hope this review can warn you to go elsewhere. They didn’t care about our pet, they won’t care about yours.

You need take your pet here for great care!! This clinic has bent over backwards for me, taking such great care with exams and boarding services - the vets, front desk staff, technicians, all have been like extended family for myself and my dogs! Thank you so much North Babcock Clinic !!
