I called to make an appt for my mother's dog to have a bath and nails clipped, The manager told me they were not willing to make the appt. She gave me no reason whatsoever. She told me she closed the dog's account. She was unwilling to create a new account with the dog.. again for NO VALID REASON. She was rude and unprofessional. I spent the majority of 30 minutes on hold. I would not take any animal to East Plano Murphy Pet Hospital or Wylie Pets.. as they have the same unprofessional and idiotic office staff.

New vet, nice friendly and very personable. Appt was at 9, and they actually saw me at 9, no waiting.

Not a bad place for people who dont want to be present with rheir fur babies during examination. I probably wont go back.
