Came in today to possibly see about getting my pet neutered and seeing what I need to do/get some information. I planned on going in as well to get him a shot he needs. The woman at the counter yells from across the room "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!" I just simply told her that I was looking to get my pet neutered and before I could say anything more she yells, "NO. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE DOOR BEFORE COMING IN, WE DON'T DO SURGERIES BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS, BYE". Never in my life have I come into a business wanting to get some questions answered and been told to leave in such a blunt and unprofessional way. I will be driving to Denton to get this done where there are more polite and professional people I would rather trust with my pet than some woman who screams across the room and tells me to leave. Don't go here. It is a waste of time. There better and less expensive places out there that would be more than happy to have your business than this hole in the wall.
