“Absolutely amazing experience at this veterinary clinic! The staff is so kind, attentive, and caring. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. My French Bulldog is currently receiving treatment for his allergies, and so far we feel very hopeful and well taken care of. You can truly tell they care about the animals and their owners. Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and compassion. Highly recommend

Had to get an emergency surgery for our baby because our vet told us she might have pyometra & we called around to see if anyone had an opening. Luckily they were able to get us in last minute & thankfully she didn't have it! We finally got her fixed & amputated her injured tail. We are so thankful for the team for taking us in under such short notice. They took so much care of our baby. She's been doing well and haven't had any problems ❤️

They give mixed messages about really caring about your pet! I felt support there for Bella at the beginning. I'm quite aware it's a business and profits are important! But, the manager consistently mentioned how she gave me two allergy pills as sambles! Complimentary! Ok!! I do understand it's a business! . But coming from another state, not from Houston, I'm used to a vet, who I have seen for years! They always went out of there way for my dog, regardless of sometimes unfortunate financial circumstances. And would work with me. They would NEVER ever turn their back and not give Bella the medicine she needs for her well-being!!! The Manager was holding on to Bella's medicine so tight, like I was going to take it and run out!? lol I could have easily paid the $280!! BUT, It was principal now and the managers fake, insincere, unprofessionalism that completely me turned off and how she did NOT care about Bella's well-being at all at that point! I had no respect toward her and her rude demeanor. I have been a Regional Sales Executive for years, and when a customer is upset, because one of her staff told me the medication was $30 plus office visit, which I saw on paper, then I get to the front desk And was over 4X that price!! She admitted she verbally told me the wrong price. Fine!! But as a prior manager, when there's a mistake on YOUR part, you meet in the middle or offer maybe a 15% discount something to make the customer not upset!! And show decency NOT to completely repeat herself like a robot!! The manager you have there, is immature and unprofessional. She's stubborn as a mule and rude in a very passive way!! Then she had the nerve to tell me outside after I PAID, we're not going to treat Bella anymore!! Ha! Like I would bring Bella back there!!?? Which proved my point of not caring for Bella's well-being, who is just innocent in this situation!

The day before my dog had issues with her knees were simply walking was difficult, and her knees were collapsing. I took her to the staff and I wish I could remember everyone’s name I believe the initial person that took care of her was Priscilla, who was so nice she reassured me that They would find the problem. The minute, Dr. Tran examine my puppy she knew right away what was wrong! She prescribed her a medicine and my dog was much better within the week. I can’t tell you what a blessing. It was to literally not know where to take my dog to find out The issue and then find the vet who was not only kind to me, but even better to my dog. The prices were very reasonable! My dog will only be coming here when I am in Houston visiting. I’m very appreciative of the kind staff and the economical price
