I am highly satisfied with the service Baby received! Baby came in for a Proptosed eye due to a dog fight. From the moment we arrived till our discharge, the staff gave us their undivided attention. There was always a clear plan of care and answer to all of our questions. I am beyond grateful for everyone's professionalism and compassion for my family during our time of urgency. I am happy with my decision to pick Sunset Animal Hospital for my time in need for my pets. Thank you again to Melissa, Daniel, Dr. Cho and the tech who was in charge of our discharge. She truly touched my heart! On top of all this the overall value of the price paid was reasonable and adjusted based on what was needed for Baby! Thank you again to the whole team!

I’m so thankful for the Sunset animal hospital team and can’t recommend them enough! I’ve been taking my dogs here for the past 2 years and always know my babies are in good hands. I have a GSP with chronic ear infections and I always appreciate that sunset is able to work us in quickly for appointments. And last year, when our oldest dog was in the end stage of his life, we entrusted his care to sunset knowing they had our best interests in mind. They were incredibly compassionate with explaining everything that was happening with our dog and our options. The facility is gorgeous, clean, and extremely well kept. The staff always treat us with respect and kindness and they are prompt and attentive. Even though our dogs don’t love going to the vet, the techs and Drs are always patient and take their time making sure the pups are comfortable! I truly appreciate everything sunset has done for our family and our dogs, and can’t recommend them enough!

Amanda was absolutely amazing during my visit to the vet! She was so helpful, caring, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. You can truly tell she loves what she does and cares about the animals and their owners. On top of that, she was just the sweetest and so cute! The service was excellent from start to finish, and because of Amanda, I will definitely be coming back. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive vet nurse. Thank you for making such a great experience for me and my pet!

UPDATE: Odin has made a full recovery!! I just have to say this place was great. Aside from a bit of a wait which is completely understandable given the personable and hospitable nature of the Dr and nurses. My puppy came in with suspected Parvo which came back positive and we were strapped for cash, they helped absolutely in every way possible by giving information and alternate routes for outpatient care. We only had enough for the exam and test and they waived the exam fee for being first time patients with a purchase, so we were able to get the baseline of what he needed. He’s not out of the woods yet but we’re hoping and praying he pulls through. My neighbor had to put her puppy down and they were absolutely so sweet and caring and kind. I would recommend this place to any one.

My spunky 17 year-old cat had a major hypoglycemic seizure, and her heart stopped while I was out of town. Her vet brought her back to life and transferred her here for hospital care. Given her age and the trauma, The outcome did not look good so we almost put her to sleep. To our surprise she perked up when she saw us and had that will to live-so we opted to take her home and do home care where she was comfortable. They were nice and so supportive and never made me feel bad for not hospitalizing her. They sent us home with everything we needed and taught me how to use it. Fluids, meds… you name it. My old lady surprised everybody and has made a full recovery and is living her best life again. They kept me informed every step of the way, even though it was over the phone until I arrived. Thank you for everything and for keeping the communication going while I was headed to you guys.
