We've been bringing our dogs here since 2024, and I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team. From routine visits to one of the hardest days of our lives when we had to say goodbye to a beloved dog, they have treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and respect. They never make you feel like just another client—they make you feel like family. Today, they performed an emergency C-section on our miniature poodle, Tia. It was a very scary experience, but they took amazing care of her and her puppies. Thanks to their skill, quick action, and dedication, Tia and her babies are doing well, and we couldn't be more grateful. Every veterinarian, technician, and staff member genuinely cares about both the pets and the people who love them. They take the time to answer questions, explain everything, and provide comfort during both happy and heartbreaking moments. I wish Google allowed more than 5 stars because they truly deserve 10. Thank you for everything you've done for our family. We will always trust you with our pets.

I knew my senior dog, Lady, was in the most capable hands, even when the surgery was more complex than anticipated. The staff are all wonderful and kind, communicated about everything I needed to know, and Dr. Blue answered all questions and was clear about everything. I knew there wasn't a better place to have Lady taken care of, and I'm so thankful for the care everyone provided. And because of Dr. Blue, we won't have to see another specialist. The compassion they have for animals really shines through - and it settled this dog mom's heart knowing she was so well taken care of in the best hands.

The front desk misleads claiming that the requested services are provided in this location while in fact they are not. The appointment fee was given incorrectly over the phone, it appeared to be different in person. I was referred to a Gulf Coast which runs its business on a high end cost( I was there once and it was all about everything but not the cause of my visit with the cost of a car but nowhere near to the point). The personnel ( Dr. Ross) of a Cy-Fair Animal Aldine location looks very trusted and knowledgeable but apparently waist of my time. I would not recommend the place. PS: came for an exotic visit( rabbit)

A quick note to thank Cy Fair Animal Hospital for helping several of us with recent care of an abandoned litter of puppies. We appreciate your expert suggestions and ongoing vet care to get them off to a good start in life. The advice on getting them through their puppy shots and spaying is much appreciated. Everyone in their office is kind and professional, and you can tell from the moment that you walk in that they really love animals.
