The front desk misleads claiming that the requested services are provided in this location while in fact they are not. The appointment fee was given incorrectly over the phone, it appeared to be different in person. I was referred to a Gulf Coast which runs its business on a high end cost( I was there once and it was all about everything but not the cause of my visit with the cost of a car but nowhere near to the point). The personnel ( Dr. Ross) of a Cy-Fair Animal Aldine location looks very trusted and knowledgeable but apparently waist of my time. I would not recommend the place. PS: came for an exotic visit( rabbit)

A quick note to thank Cy Fair Animal Hospital for helping several of us with recent care of an abandoned litter of puppies. We appreciate your expert suggestions and ongoing vet care to get them off to a good start in life. The advice on getting them through their puppy shots and spaying is much appreciated. Everyone in their office is kind and professional, and you can tell from the moment that you walk in that they really love animals.

I only bring my dog Max to Cy-Fair Animal Hospital. He is 13 years old. Here’s 5 reasons why: 1. The staff is so amazing. They all love the pets and you can tell as soon as you walk in. 2. You can always expect the facility to be clean. Never any strange smells or messes. Very well kept. 3. The prices are great. The Doctors and nurse staff never recommend non-needed items to make more money. HIGH INTEGRITY 4. They care about your pet as much as you do. Very consultative approach to veterinary medicine. 5. I don’t leave my Max with anyone, not even family. So I gain confidence in this location every time I pick up Max from a procedure. He is so happy! Highly recommend for vaccines, dental cleanings, injuries, etc. - Max has been here for all of the above. 5-stars, trust me! Special shout out to Dr. Keisha Burnett & Dr.Walter-John McGowan. They’re amazing and know what they’re doing.

I took my 5 lb yorkie here to get spayed and a deep cleaning. The vet on staff was amazing and so was everyone else. I was a bit nervous because it was my dogs first time being under anesthesia but they assured me she would be fine and she surely was. I dropped her off at 8am and by 2pm she was ready to come home. She’s all healed up now and back to normal. Definitely recommend this vet!
