How to Save on Veterinary Costs at North Greenville Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr Paula Welsh is the best vet. She has treated our pets since we moved to Greenville in 2013. This was Mina’s first visit and she treated her with compassion . She gave us good advice on dog food choices for our large breed “ puppy”. Dr Welsh always remembers us as people and makes us feel welcome.

For years, I've been visiting this office with my pets, and I can't help but praise their amazing support. From welcoming new furry members to comforting us during difficult times, they've been there for us every step of the way. The staff is incredibly attentive and always takes the time to address all my concerns. What's even more impressive is that they remember my pets' names and unique quirks. Plus, they never miss a chance to spoil my pets with treats and belly rubs. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I recently started taking my senior kitty to North Greenville Animal Hospital. Everyone is very caring and professional. The doctor and vet technician were both extremely thorough and kept my kitty at ease during the exam. They followed up the next day with test results and now we will put a care plan in place. I am extremely happy with my overall experience. Since my first visit, I have been back several times and have continued to receive excellent care for my kitty. Thank you!
