My Yoga friend in Dallas recommended Orchard Animal Hosp. They took me as a new client, which if you've been moving like I have during COVID, you know what a relief that is. Then the doctor was great with her and spoke with me of my concerns. He and all of the staff were marvelous. My last experience in Salem (who shall remain nameless) was completely different. The staff was nice enough, it was just really hard to get through and get a response. She went in to get her teeth cleaned, which were in great condition, and somehow she broke her upper left canine getting in or out of the cage. So now we call her snaggletooth when her lip gets caught on the lower one. Good thing she's inside only. I had been calling since February to ask about a test that the specialist they sent me to suggested. No response to my monthly calls. These are not the only issues I've had over the last few years. I am so pleased with Orchard. Recommend them highly.

I've been going to Orchard Animal Hospital since I moved here 6 years ago. They've always been professional and caring towards me and my dog, Rocky. Dr. Rivers is very gentle and doesn't try to add extra services. Pricing is very reasonable. My only issue is that lately when I've had to call in, I am put on hold for long periods of time. Or disconnected after a long (8 min.) wait. Only to call back and be put on hold again for another 10 min. wait. Maybe some extra help on the desk is needed? Still, for the quality of care, I give 5 stars.
