Absolutely love this team and staff. After much dismay at our previous vet with our last doggie, we decided to try Dallas Animal Clinic based on recommendation and wish we would have made that change much sooner. We learned things about our doggie that unfortunately at that stage we're too late to turn around. She was 13, but I believe she would have been with us longer had we got her the care they provided here sooner. Two yrs later, we have finally decided to get a new baby. She has been seeing Dr Doi since her infant stages and the Dr, plus staff have provided outstanding care from emergency visits, to early, routine care, to surgery. I have never felt more confident having my furry baby in someone else's hands. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby! Jazzy Mae loves you all!

I'm in agreement with many who say this place has changed for the worse the past few years. First, this is no longer a locally owned, local proprietor run business. They were bought out by a corporation. My dissatisfaction largely comes from their new policies and also how they are selectively enforcing them. Like many we had been happy the past few years, but noticed the past couple of visits things not being quite the same. We had to take our dog in to remove a cyst on his neck. Since this was elective we had to wait 6 months to get it, so that was the first clue I should have looked at. Also, not getting an estimate until after we got in for the surgery. A teeth cleaning runs about $400 so I was expecting something in that ball park as it was a small cyst, but it was double that. We negotiated with Dr. Fulmer regarding the procedure and costs. For some reason some vets just seem to take offense at this and I think Dr. Fulmer did as well, although he did reduce the overall bill quite a bit by giving our dog a sedative vs. putting him under with anesthesia. As long as our dog would be fine and not be in pain we were okay with that and it took almost $300 off the bill. Not sure why that was not put forward as an option at first. Instead, they pushed the most expensive anesthesia procedure, despite our dog having been there before a put under anesthesia, so he clearly did not need the extra tests, etc. So we get ready to go home and Dr. Fulmer said he does not need a head cone (the cone of shame I believe is the common name), I double checked to make sure and he reconfirmed. We get home and try very hard to not let him out of our sight, but at night he got out to the yard to go to the bathroom and he scratched it. It finally got bad, of course on a Saturday late, so we had to reach the after hours vet. So in my business, when I give out advice or deliver a product that is off the mark, I make it right. In this instance we were following Dr. Fulmers orders and recommendations and it did not work out for us this time. They charted us over $300 for this visit. I don't mind paying for equipment or medicines, but I really thought Dallas Animal Clinic should have been responsible for the labor/vets time. They refused. The only thing they waived was the visit fee which was $40. I can't believe they would have even considered a visit fee for a surgery return, but there you have it. I called the business manager the following Tuesday and asked for a reduction in the bill. She said they had been bought out by a corporation and as such she no longer had control over waiving labor/vet fees. Although she did say she would waive one of the fees which I think was about $40 (I think it was for one of the pieces of equipment, or one of the smaller charges she had control over). But when we went in today to get the stitches removed, Dr. Fulmer refused to allow her to remove that charge from our bill. Really? At that instant I was done with Dallas Animal Clinic. I am very aware that vets are sometimes hard to find and a lot of you that read this will think , well it won't happen to me. Maybe it won't, but I would encourage anyone reading this to consider a different vet. Based on my negative review and a few other very reasonable one-star reviews, I think this place is very much going in the wrong direction. You can do better elsewhere.

We recently moved from South Florida with our four cats and needed to make sure they were alright after the plane trip. Dr. Keck couldn't have been nicer, more professional or more understanding. Since I called ahead of time, they were able to secure our former very records and he took the time to get familiar with all four furbabies. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our oldest about a month ago but once again, on a Sunday, Dr. Fulmer was caring and compassionate. He allowed us to take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet 17 1/2 year old baby. I truly don't understand any of the negative reviews. All of our experiences have been exemplary. I was impressed from the moment we walked in. When I was asked by Dr. Keck to call with updates, he called me back- after hours!!! That's dedication - beyond the paycheck. You cannot pay someone to be that dedicated. For me and my family, we will not go anywhere else but Dallas Animal Clinic.

Hey, Dallas Animal Clinic! I would like to apologize for the 4 star review. I meant to hit 5 stars and I had no option to comment until now. Yesterday was my first in-person visit since 2020. 5 stars for, convenient parking, excellent warm welcome from the Two receptionists and wide open floor space in the waiting area. Didn't wait long until our Vet Tech took us back. It also happened to be Doctor's birthday and while waiting could hear the staff singing to him. Our visit was very thorough, prompt, and professional. This place saved my dogs life after being attacked by a Stafford Terrier. Thank you Dallas Animal Clinic for creating a calm and friendly atmosphere for our furbabies.

Dr. Estenson is amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help my rabbit. She even consulted with a vet in Corvallis to see what else could be done. Very much appreciated!
