We have been taking our pets to Dr. Brotherton at the Polk Vet Clinic for many years. The staff is great. We love Dr. Brotherton 's "bedside manner".

Love this vet! The Staff is always so helpful and understanding. The doctor is patient and listens to your concerns. My animals love her. Very reasonably priced.

Scheduled an appointment for a cat neuter about two months ago. This was the earliest they could schedule us. Arrived today to hear that they had cancelled my appointment!!! I work at a clinic and we give reminder calls for appointments, but we DO NOT CANCEL people's appointments. Oh well, when I arrived I was unimpressed with the exterior of the building. Has the look of a lot of deferred maintenance. Didn't even make it inside, but the exterior leaves a poor impression. I am looking for a new veterinarian, so it is their loss. We own numerous pets and seek veterinary care frequently. I won't be calling to reschedule!!!!!
