The team at Prince of Wales is the best! We've trusted them with the care of our elderly dog Simba that lived until 17 (!!) thanks to their care and professional guidance. They are so professional, polite and well organized. My blind, diabetic dog Kimmel received excellent care here until he passed of unrelated health problems. I felt the vets listened to my concerns, recommended timely treatments and never upsold me on services. I trust this clinic for dogs with complex health needs. Rhonda, their clinic manager is so lovely.

Staff here did such a good job! My pup has anxiety and is scared of new environments and new people. The vets and front desk people definitely knew what they were doing to get my puppy comfortable and spoiled lol. Overall they were very patient with her and me. The price was also not bad and was send home with a pocket of treats 😂.

We have been coming here for a few years for both our dog and cat and always receive incredible care and advice. Staff are all amazing and truly care about our pets. Examinations are always quick yet thorough and we are always seen promptly at our appointment time. The only place I will ever take our future pets!

The team is wonderful! They take such great care of our pup in a fear free environment. They have also provided great education and reassurance for us as owners. We’ve seen several veterinarians at the clinic who have all been thorough and helpful. Our dog gets so excited to go to the clinic- especially to visit with Rhonda at the front desk.

Great staff, been coming here for 2 years now. The office manager Rhonda does an excellent job running everything, especially during the last years business restrictions. The doctors are well trusted and caring. Just had my dog neutered here for a fair price. Keep up the great work
