My Beagle Shavvy is now 3 and a half years old. She is been going to this vet since we got her at 10 weeks old. I do find them a bit expensive but at the same I also know they know and do their job so well. They are so systematic and organized about the follow ups & reminders. I recently had my Doggos dental treatment done and the before after pics are astonishing. I was terrified by my Doggos dental hygiene and now having done this treatment I feel that it was a very good investment into my Doggos health. Have never been disappointed by them. They just know there job so well and do it well . 🐕

My animals have been clients of Heart Lake Veterinary Hospital for over 10. I can say with confidence that here is best in pet care. Here, is accommodating, compassionate. I am so happy with the care of my two dogs here. This is a new vet to us after moving to Brampton. The care they have received at Heart Lake Veterinary Hospital has been unmatched. The price of the dental cleanings was very reasonable and before and after images of their teeth provided to me shows that they were cleaned very thoroughly. The vet techs showed gentle care with both dogs when they needed blood work and vaccinations and the veterinarian took time to thoroughly explain to me the outcomes of all tests and all recommendations related to treatment. All of the administrative staff that I have interacted with have been so lovely. They follow up with emails, phone calls, and text messages in a timely manner regarding test results and to ensure that the dogs are recovering well. I feel grateful to have found such a caring team

Heart Lake Vet hospital and the staff here are exceptional. They are the vet I have been with for over 16 years or so. They are kind, caring, passionate, and knowledgeable. My cat and dog always receive quality care. I highly recommend coming here, they are the best!
