We have used Westerville Veterinary Clinic twice for urgent issues with one of our cats. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have been up front about the needs of our furry family member and the cost that will be involved. Our experience has been so positive that we are going to make them our vert of choice for all 4 of our cats.

Unfortunately today I had to put my best friend down, and even though it was extremely painful and unexpected I was met with extremely kind and compassionate people here even though this was not my home vet office. Everyone was super gentle here and extremely professional and they all made sure I knew I could have as much time as I wanted with him. I just wanted to thank you to everyone today and I highly recommend them 🖤 I normally go to medvet but if I ever have a time again where it is urgent and my vet office is not open this is 100% where I will be going. All of your hard work is extremely appreciated! Thank you for taking care of my boy in his last moments

I had to bring my cat Agatha in last minute for urinary issues and have nothing but great things to say about all the staff. Sundays are discount urgent care days which is nice, and they were upfront about all costs before doing anything and show you a paper with it all detailed out so you know what you are paying for. I went in to the visit worried over possibilities of my cat being either ok to really sick and not knowing how much to expect to pay. It was my first time going to a vet as a pet owner as an adult so I was very nervous but I left feeling great and happy with all services. I kept putting off getting a normal vet for my cat but after my experience here I will continue bringing her up there even though its a 45 minute drive. The doctor is nice and explained everything for me and answered any questions that I had. The office is an easy shot right off 270 which makes it easy to get to and its easy to find. I will recommend this office to anyone else who is looking for a vet!

AMAZING!! From my first call to the appointment next day then surgery the following day everyone was absolutely Amazing! They went above and beyond!!! They took such good care of my fur baby & I. Highly highly recommend! The tech even held my lil 1 from post surgery to when I came to pick her up all to comfort her. THANK YOU guys so much for being such an amazing, loving, caring team & for taking such good care of my fur baby & our family!!

West Vets always takes care of my Birdie dog. We’ve been coming here since we moved to Westerville last year. We come for our regular vet visits & emergency care. We love everyone at the front desk, vet techs, and vets! The overall care is wonderful & fear free. Birdie & I thank all of you!
