Happy to find this veterinary office. We just relocated to Westerville and established care over the phone in case there was a need before our first regular visit was needed. As it turns out, we were in need of urgent care for our dog and the staff and vet were very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. All our care options were explained to us and pricing schedules shared before any decisions were made. They made us feel confident about the process and the outcome proved most favorable as our dog recovered quickly and continues to do well. Highly satisfied with our experience and look forward to future visits at this office.

I’ve been bringing our Dane to this clinic for about three years and will continue to do so. Cannot say enough good things about all of the staff. You can tell each one loves and cares for all of their animal patients. They take the time to, not only treat our pet but give her love and attention while she’s there. They also do a great job I’ve explaining treatment options, Detailing what is necessary, recommended and optional and leaving the decision to us. In a day where many clinics are being taken over by private equity it’s wonderful to receive this type of service and support.

Cryan Veterinary Hospital is wonderful. They are always so caring and supportive. From the office staff, to the technicians, and the vet, we have always been treated with respect and kindness. They have cared for our older dogs in their last stages of life, our rescue dogs with issues, and our new puppy. We would never consider going anywhere else. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate caring facility to take your pets.

Always been a great experience with all of our dogs (and cat) over the years - Each doctor has been caring and made our pets feel at home. Our 2 year old dog LOVES to go there for boarding too! We've had several dogs put down there as well and each has been treated lovingly by the staff making the sad time a bit easier.. Thank you!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the amazing staff at Cryan! My dog has torn both of her ACLs and had to undergo surgeries. Thanks to the smooth and efficient process at Cryan, Annie is back to her happy self! My cat is a whole different story. He's a hot mess and not always the friendliest. Thankfully, they are always there to help with his many health issues. The staff is so passionate and caring. Not to mention PATIENT with all my animals. I couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of my pets!
