The entire staff is WONDERFUL, kind, caring, attentive, empathetic I could go on and on. Made a 1 o’clock appointment for a Monday on a Sunday night online as it was the first available. Dog was ill and couldn’t afford to take him to the med vet on Diley. They called first thing Monday morning after reading my appointment reason, and worked him in that very morning and took him right to surgery, after giving the best affordable options to be able to do it. Literal life savers!! You are all so appreciated! Thank you so much! Highly recommended for your fur babies needs.

The staff and doctor were amazing. In our time of need they helped us with making a very hard decision. They help us literally carry out dog from the car in to his final room. Truly we are very thankful for this. We called at 9 am and his appointment was at 11:40. Thank you so much Sonics Mom.

Typically they have always been good to us until tonight. So my Dog has had an ear infection for 2 weeks we finally are able to get her into the vet but because I had to work and traffic we were 25 mins late and they told us we had to reschedule. My issue is that they more concern with their time than the pets they serve. So we went up to dialy ridge and sat for 2 hours until we realize we had to get home because my wife has to be at work at 7:15 in the morning. Where we could have been in and out but no the vet was worry about their time. Now we have to wait another week before dog can be seen and her ear gets worse. Thanks for waisting my gas and my time, where you could have been more understanding. Oh by the way if you say you close at 7:30 see clients until then, its good business.

Just moved here recently and am very happy to have discovered this place! Everybody here is extremely polite and you can tell they ALL love animals. Our golden retriever Zander had an infection in his glands and received the best care we could hope for. Dr Hernandez is simply awesome! She didn't take any chances and explained everything in simple terms so we could understand. We were able to have our old VCA records transferred to this new place for a seamless transition. I totally recommend VCA Fairfield Animal Hospital!
