I have been a patient/customer of Dr Bercz for over 20 years. My recent appointment was a dental cleaning and skin graf. My bill was more than $1700. I did not see the Dr. nor did I get a consult. Very expensive and lost the personal touch. Starting to consider looking elsewhere for the care of my dog.

I have a 13 year old dog and I am at the early stages of thinking of putting him down. He went to this location a couple of times and it was fine (neutered, immunizations - something any vet could do), however, when I called to inquire about this service, I was told they wouldn’t do it because he was an “inactive patient”. So? This is a passive-aggressive clinic that I don’t think can afford to be in such a small community.
