Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The staff is always super friendly. Also, I have a very reactive dog, and they are great about helping me keep other animals away from her

Dr. Smith is professional, knowledgeable and a skilled diagnostician. Staff are welcoming, efficient and caring. So convenient having a groomer on-site who is also kind and loves her furry clients! Kudos to a great team!

I took my cat here because it is conveniently located to me. However, I will not be back. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to get quality care for my cats from now on. My male cat was having urinary symptoms that were quite worrisome to me, but not apparently to Dr. Smith. She was dismissive when I was describing his symptoms (I am a nurse, and it seemed as though he was having a stone). I dealt with her for 2 weeks and she just wanted to give him anti-inflammatory medications, saying that his urine "looked fine." I was skeptical, but went along for a couple of weeks, though he continued to have the same symptoms. I decided to take him to Cat Care Animal Hospital where I had been in the past and it turned out he had a bladder stone that he had to have surgery to remove! And the veterinarian there had it diagnosed within 15 minutes. So, we will not go back here ever again. I will give a little bit of credit that Dr. Smith said she could refer him for an internal medicine consult to Med Vet. However, at the rate he was going, I don't know how much longer he could have made it. He was suffering, as anyone who has had a kidney stone might imagine. I am sorry that he suffered with that as long as he did. I, obviously, do NOT recommend this place and was very upset that what I had to say regarding symptomology was not taken seriously. And that I was charged over $500 for their "services."
