We love Animal CARE Center at Reed Hartman. We have taken our dogs there for at least 20 years. Every experience there has been very positive; beginning with all of the receptionists and all of the vet techs, and of course, the veterinarians. Their caring staff has been there for us and our pets through all the ups and downs and we appreciate it.

We've been taking our animals to Animal Care Center Forest Park for years. We took our kitten that we had found on the street to get her checked out at this location and we weren't impressed, but not a negative experience. We just didn't like that they took her to the back to check her when we're used to our animals being seen in front of us. We continued with Forest Park despite the drive. Then I got a message about the blue ash microchip deal. I called to ask if they'd chip our ferret. The front desk asked the vets initially and the vets said they would. I held off scheduling initially, but when I went to schedule, they told me they were unsure of needle size. I suggested a consult with Forest Park since they microchipped our other ferrets. I received what seemed to be a snotty voicemail saying "if Forest Park can do it, they can do it." I understand being uncomfortable with our ferret. I just didn't appreciate the flip-flop answers.

ACC provides great care with at affordable prices, as well as offering comprehensive care plans for a low monthly rate. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the facility is very clean.

I have been going here for six years now! My two dogs, Krash and Kosmo, love it! We love their services, such as their animal care plans, spa days, and more. They are very flexible as we have always been able to get an appointment relatively quickly, especially if there are concerns. They answer every question you have, even if you feel it's something silly; they never make you feel less than. We have never had a bad experience. No matter the extent of check-ups, surgeries, or spa days, my dogs are always well cared for. All the technicians and doctors are outstanding. We especially love Dr. Sarah Kovarik! She is so sweet, very professional, and accommodating. She has such a huge heart, and you can tell she cares about the well-being of our dogs. It feels great to have a vet who wants to bond with your dogs and truly get to know them in every aspect. I highly highly recommend!!
