How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Carey Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I have been going to Carey Animal for more than 25 years, and I am reminded each time I go back that it is because of the staff and their intentional and deliberate care for our family's dogs. I consider us very lucky to have found Carey Animal and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional and loving organization to care for their pet.

I’ve been bringing my Great Dane to this vet office since 2018. Dr. Noble has always given me great advice and provided excellent care to my dog. It’s clear he is genuine in his love of working with animals too, which I really value. Prices are reasonable, and I’ve only had great experiences with the veterinary technicians

I absolute love this place! I have had two dogs and a cat that I have taken here over the past 3 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Noble gives outstanding and professional care. His communication is excellent as well. The staff are super nice, welcoming and responsive to any questions I have. They are quick to get my pets in if there are any urgent situations.
