We love all the nurses, front desk, assistant and vet! They are all very nice and very professional. Although we are traveling from east coast and wouldn’t be a consistent client of the hospital, they still do their best and providing professional advice and care for my sick furbaby and resolve our issue so we can have a smooth flight flying back to east coast. We are sp blessed to find them and they are able to accept walk in patients. They explaines everything clearly and patiently, even better than my own vet in our state!

So much love and appreciation for the caring staff, who took care of my Binx when he had a urinary blockage and needed to be admitted. I got updates, twice a day and could tell everyone there genuinely cared. They made a scary time much easier. Binx is alive, happy, and back to cuddling all because of the people in this hospital. ❤️

I had to put my friend and champion and love of my life for 15 years. She was so sick. The doctor treated me with compassion as did the other staff members. I want to thank them for there concern for me. It was not easy saying good bye. Very good place to take your fur babies.

This is a very busy vet office with several veterinarians, and each one I have met has been great. Update 8/14/23 Aside from the amazing care my pets have received from the whole staff, what I like BEST about this practice is that all but ONE of the employees are WOMEN!! I can feel the deep empathy here.

I went here to get my puppy doberman's ears cropped. I was nervous but the staff were great and walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable in knowing she's in good hands. Dr. Hagstette was awesome and did an absolutely great job! I love the way her ears turned out! I would love to use them for future pet needs but the only issue is they're far from my residence.. I will be coming back here for my future puppies ears to be cropped. Thank you Dr. Hagstette and Camino AL Norte Animal Hospital!
