I have a very fractious cat when it comes to the vet and I do not trust anyone more than the staff at Purrfurred for giving him the best care. They treat him with the utmost care, patience, and respect and have even seen him very last minute for emergencies. I am so appreciative of the excellent staff for taking care of my pets!

My dog had an ear infection and when I called to make an appointment, the front desk said that there was no available appointment for a week. I asked them to squeeze us in for an appointment because I didn’t want my dog to suffer with an ear infection for a week without treatment. They suggested that I go to an urgent care or emergency vet for this service. I was disappointed with this answer, and asked the front desk to be empathetic to my dog. I received the same answer. Then the front desk receptionist said “What do you want me to do? Cancel all our other appointments for your dog?” (Which of course I was not suggesting, because all dogs, including sick ones, have a right to be seen in a timely manner). The front desk receptionist also suggested I could pay $150 extra dollars for after care hours. I once again asked for empathy and asked for an appointment next day or even the day after. I was told that there was nothing she could do and then she threatened me that the line was being recorded and would be shared with the vet. I truly hope the line is recorded and that she does share the conversation with the vet so that front desk care improves. Also, maybe the team could add another vet to staff so that care is readily available to our pets without having to pay exorbitant fees for urgent care, especially when it’s a simple visit like an ear infection.

Dr. Glicker is truly exceptional – worth every minute of the 45-minute drive each way. Her expertise and genuine care for animals (along with her phenomenal team) make her the only vet I trust; I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

My puppy and I loved our experience here and we will be back. When we first came in, the veterinarians immediately melted and made my little girl feel loved, comfortable and welcome 🤗 She only received 1 shot and got her nails trimmed due to them wanting her to get used to getting shots and getting her nails clipped before giving her the additional shots she requires. This is the first vet I’ve been to in the area, and I’m so glad we chose you guys!

We had a dog emergency today and she was great to see our pup within a few hours. Our babe is already feeling better thanks to a doctor who is kind, caring and knowledgeable. So happy we found her last year through friends of animals program! We DON’T feel like just a number with her and her staff. We DON’T feel like we have to max the credit cards and make questionable multiple return trips. Dr Glicker seems to truly love all the pets. We appreciate you, Dr Glicker! ❤️
