I took my bird here today and I was very impressed! The avian doctor there was AMAZING and so gentle with him. The staff are all so welcoming. I highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.

As a first-time bird owner, I appreciate the friendliness, efficiency, and thoroughness of the care we received. It was clear the vet wanted to make sure that we had information we needed to create a great new home for our new found pet.

Front end staff lacks compassion and in fact downright rude 100% of the time I have visited over the years. It is not one person but my experience with all the front end staff. Perhaps it’s just the culture. I continued to go here because this is where my foster dog was started. But there are so many other better options in the area. Only once did I have a female vet that took her time, and genuinely seemed to care, but all others rushed me through. I usually went for a sick visit so maybe they are good for routine visits but not sick visits because they are clearly annoyed you are there and make it clear there is limited time to examine your pet. I give one star because I won’t use them for any future pets.

The staff here were very kind as was the doctor. I had called 8 animal hospitals within a 2 hour drive to assist with my cockatiel who lost a toe and was actively bleeding. They were able to get us in promptly and were very kind with how they handled my bird. Also turns out they are only an 8 minute drive from my house! No one recommended them when I called around! Will be bringing my other 5 birds and 2 dogs here in the future. Thank you all!

BEWARE first & last time was a total mistake! Front desk person which would never would give me her name, unprofessional & rude. Couldn't get heartworm results at visit in order to get preventative. 2nd trip she sent wrong preventative, which now 3rd trip wouldn't replace with correct or refund unopened foiled sealed box. Dr. Rutowski wouldn't even return my call. Their error & my loss. I had to take my dog to another vet for 2nd heartworm chk in order to get correct script. Nothing more than GREED cost him 4 dogs!
