I take my dogs here and they are friendly, loving, caring and awesome with our dogs when they visit. They get them the care they need and then more. Great customer service to human and animals. Thank You Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital. Archer and Athena love you all so much. Keep up the hard work.

My dog has been a patient here for years, just wanted to shout out Carly. Great tech, super friendly, made my old scared dog feel super at ease and was great at her job. More people like her! Thanks so much Carly!

We have been using their services for almost twenty years. It's a fantastic, small town vet practice with a fantastic staff and top notch care. I've never once felt judged or pressured into services I didn't want. As long as they're open, we will continue to get care through Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital.

Had a sick kitty a week ago called to try and get him seen and they would not take him because he was not a patient. I understood that it would be considered an emergency visit but they seemed to have no compassion other then telling me to call an emergency vet in Grand Rapids or East Lansing. I however did find a vet that got me in within an hour of calling in an emergency basis although not being a patient. I am fairly new in this area and never thought I would not be able to have my kitty cared for. I called 5 different vets in Mt. Pleasant and all of them told me the same thing. That is very disappointing and hard when you need your animal cared for and you keep getting rejected for him to be treated.

The staff are very helpful. They go above and beyond to care for your loved one. In my time of need they were there for my sweet Loosha. She was 14 years old. They did everything and more trying to save her. They did all the blood tests, xrays, ultrasounds and when all measures were exhausted we made the pain staking decision to have her put to rest. Knowing they did all they could to save her we made this decision with her best interest at heart. We will forever be grateful for Kirsty LVT and Dr Rousseau for thier compassion and efforts to save her. 🙏❤️
