Took my Shiba Inu here for a check-up after what appeared to be a seizure. The vet was very gentle and informative, and I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be bringing my cat and other dog here for their check-ups as well. The staff and veterinarian made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit.

kinda upset and waste my time driving 2 hours round trip to be told they don't work on dogs eyes. I called and told them I have a dog with a curling eye. they said come in and I've came here before for other surgeries and love the place but why have me pay 90 bucks to tell me to call eye specialist. its just a waste of time and money. when I told them my issue and they could have told me we don't do that here instead take money from me and my time. I wish use that 90 towards my 375 visit for the animal eye doctor after I told them issue on phone and they could have said call an eye specialist like the other store food but prices where high so I came here but now spending more. and i paid cash receipt says card.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Dr.Handke told her receptionist to give a COMPLETE STRANGER, a verbal account of my dog's records!!! WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN OR VERBAL PERMISSION!! Didn't even have the decency to call us and ask!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, and when I called and asked her WHY?? Her response was, and I quote, "OH well....what do you want to do? You've been warned people!

I've been a loyal customer since my dog was a puppy and he's now nine yrs. old. The last few times I've come in my appointments run 15 or more minutes late then I sit another 10, 15 minutes in the waiting room. On 9/12/25, I had a 10 am appointment it was numerous staff at the front desk but I had to wait to check in. I was told it would be a few minutes however, 4 people came in after me and my pet and their dogs were weighed and taken in immediately. I hate to say it's my ethnicity but the staff at the front desk don't seem to treat me as courteous, and kind as they do others. I ended up leaving and I won't be back. I refuse to spend $350, $400 someplace where I'm not respected. My suggestion for the staff at the front desk is retraining because if you keep mistreating your customer base regardless of ethnicity they won't be back. I sure won't
