Dr Hefter has been my Vet for over 5 years, he has taken care of our 2 dogs and 1 cat. There's not another vet that I would trust more with caring for these animals, he treats them like they're his own, you're not a customer, you're family. His new Mobile Facility is state of the art, one of a kind in this tri county area. None better, he's the best!

I don’t even know where to begin to describe how above and beyond my experience with Premium Vet Care was. Dr. Hefter went above and beyond when it came to taking care of my cat Jasper. His attention to detail, patience, honesty, and above all his evident love for his vocation has completely won me and jasper over. I will be returning, the facility was clean, and very well equipped to take care of both my cats X-rays and urinalysis. Overall an amazing experience, I cannot recommend them enough, especially Dr. Hefter! Definitely give them a ring, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Hefter is a very compassionate and caring Veterinarian . He goes out of his way to make my pets comfortable and me, too. The services he provides are outstanding and I love having the ability to reach out to him 24/7!

Dr Hefter is a real professional, his honesty and integrity shines through his amazing personality. It’s absolutely amazing everything he did for my dog Booboo right from our drive way. Booboo hadnt eaten in days and he was vomiting everything even ice chips. We we’re desperate and the closest open Vet Clinic was in Davie, Hollywood or Coral Springs. When I originally called Dr Hefter was with another client and advised me right away how long it would be before he was able to assist us, he kept us up to date and texted me to let me know when he was leaving the clients and when he was a few minutes away. When he arrived they were very able to immediately provide multiple solutions and exactly what they were gonna do. Dr Hefter allows you to be there for everything other than the X-rays. It was very comforting to be there for booboo. The price was very fair and the plan of care was very comprehensive. He made us feel very comfortable and secure that our little Booboo was gonna he just fine. It was a long late night but I’m so glad we called Dr Hefter, it was the best thing on the worst night. Thank you again Dr Hefter.

Dr Hefter and his team are extremely professional, courteous and super clean. Their van is immaculate and the precautions they take to have the most sanitary and safe environment is absolutely the best! The do everything from their hospital van, I mean everything!
