Great facility great staff. The staff was so knowledgeable and patient with Toby and listened to all my cocerns. Great pricing for an urgent care facility. This is the vet I prefer when my regular vet is unavailable. I have personally brought my own dogs been here three times and they treat my own dogs with such love a d care. This is the first time I have brought two of my borders. Little Toby had diareaha and vomiting and was very sick. They took great care of him and I am seeing great results in just one day. Thank you

I can’t thank UrgentVet in the villages enough for helping me when my dog Diesel was hurt. It all happened so fast and I called them, arrived and they helped make him as comfortable as he could be. Dr. Sanchez was very professional but also kind and walked me through all of the options and the support staff like Jordan were very kind. Ultimately I had to put Diesel to sleep and they were very sensitive to how awful this scenario was and let me have as much time as I wanted with my baby. It’s been 8 days since Diesel passed and I went to pick up his ashes and was again impressed with what I received. A lovely wooden urn, nameplate and paw imprint. Thank you for all you do. It was a truly awful day and I really appreciate the kindness you provided.

Thank you for taking care of my baby and being available. Local vet had no available appointments the wait was 2 weeks. The process to make an appointment was the easiest the check-in was prompt. Your professional and kindness is outstanding.

We visited on July 4th, with our Yorkie Hazel. She had been seen by our primary vet twice in the past week, without improvement for a nasty ear infection. Since our Vet was not making any changes in her care plan and she appeared to be getting worse, we brought her to Urgent Vet. Dr. did another cytology and said it was a different kind of infection, than her primary vet was treating for. Our poor little girl suffered miserably for the past week until we got this new treatment plan. As of this morning ( 2 days later) her outer ear is no longer bright red. Ears look white with just a little pink going into the canal. She is wagging her tail again and is sleeping soundly. We have turned a corner. Super grateful for the care she received. Hazel says "thanks x million"!
