Very easy to schedule appointment online. Great hours! Super clean and friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor. The negative - the prices were very high compared to my previous two vet offices. The Antibiotic shot for my cat was almost triple the price. I wish it was more affordable so that I could make it my primary vet for my three animals.

Our sushi girl was not feeling well so I figured we would give Pet folk a try ! From the moment we walked in the door everyone was phenomenal! The clinic was clean and bright! Our girl is a nervous pup and Dr. Shaw came in and got right on the floor and let Sushi get comfortable enough with him before even examining her! You can tell he truly cared about her wellbeing and her being comfortable enough ! We’ve had terrible experiences at other vets so my anxiety was high going in there! Never in my life have I been to a vet and got the service I did today! I can tell they truly cared about our pup. I asked so many questions and they answered every single one never making me feel like I was being rushed! I also had my 7 year old with me and Dr. Shaw even involved him and let him feed our girl treats while he checked her out! I will be a forever pet folk customer ! Everyone in this office is so kind and amazing at their jobs! I also adored the vet tech but I never got her name but she’s the bomb !

Dr. Shaw and Jasmine were fantastic. They were both very caring and explained everything to us about our new puppy, that we needed to know. They took their time with us and did not rush us. They made all the difference in the world and this is the reason I decided I’m definitely staying with Petfolk as The veterinary care for Sarge.

I took my cat Mowgli to Petfolk today to get his vaccines updated, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The hospital is clean, modern, and absolutely beautiful. Dr. Muzzy Sayyid was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of Mowgli. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free. Excellent service all around—highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality veterinary care!
