I visited this veterinary hospital on October 9th. I took my dog who had been limping for a couple days, the staff and Dr Simon took excellent care of my pup. The entire team there was a delight to work with. I will be returning for all future pet needs, so thankful to find such a kind and caring vet hospital, thank you so much! I want to also add that the cost for care was incredibly reasonable and that was such a relief considering other vet services often try to take advantage of pet owners. Thank you again for doing business right and the community sees and appreciates that.

Even though my overall experience with the entire staff wasn’t perfect, I want to shine a light on the angels God placed in this clinic—the ones who helped me save my sweet boy. Three weeks ago, my Goober went missing for four long days. When he finally returned, he had a severe, necrotic wound nearly five inches long, filled with maggots. I didn’t stop to think—I simply rushed him to Justin Bradley’s, desperate for help. Goober is so much more than a cat to me; he came into my life during a time of deep sadness and despair, and caring for him is part of what kept me alive. When I arrived, Vicky at check-in immediately understood the urgency of the situation. Unlike others, she didn’t hesitate—she made sure my baby was added to the schedule as an emergency. Within five minutes, we were in a room with Dr. Judith K, who performed surgery that same afternoon. Twenty-one stitches later, she gently assured me that my boy was going to be okay. A week later, when Goober developed complications, Dr. Judith once again stepped in quickly and compassionately. Thanks to her care, my boy is now completely healed and safely home with me. I cannot express my gratitude deeply enough. Their empathy, kindness, and swift action saved my Goober’s life. Vicky and Dr. Judith are truly angels—compassionate, dedicated, and filled with heart. I pray they both receive ten times the kindness they generously give to our beloved pets. Forever thankful.

The Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital staff showed me compassion, gentleness, and humanity that I’ll never forget. Despite Doctor Grossman’s efforts, my beloved dog Luke was too far gone. Most vets wouldn't have even tried to save a dog in his condition, but Dr. Grossman and his staff saw the immense love that I had for Luke and did everything possible to save him and give him a little more time. I had to make the hardest decision of my life—saying goodbye to Luke—and the staff supported me every step of the way. Patient, kind, and understanding, they were genuinely loving. Brian stayed with me for hours, helping me make the heart-wrenching decision. He cried with me and held me when I couldn’t hold myself up. Brian explained that Luke was suffering and that the most selfless decision was to put him down. From the moment we arrived, they treated Luke like a cherished family member. They talked to him softly, comforted him, and ensured he wasn’t scared. They gave us time, space, and kindness during our unimaginable heartbreak. Their empathy made the experience as peaceful as possible. What truly touched me was their care for me. They didn’t rush me, they understood Luke’s significance and moved with tenderness. They explained everything gently, let me hold him close, and ensured that his final moments were filled with love.

I had been searching for a baby for a long time at different adoption agencies, but the staff weren't very helpful. Just when I was about to give up, I searched on Google one last time, and as if by magic, this clinic appeared. I thank God for that; they are the best. From the very first moment, everything was wonderful: the communication, the attention from everyone there, the help throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, Leigh; you helped make my dream come true. I want to thank everyone for the great gift of having Sally. What a great team!

I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved companion of 9 years, Luna. I took her in 6 years ago, and she quickly became family. Dr. Zuniga recently diagnosed her with cancer. Although the prognosis was grim, we started treatment with hope. Sadly, the cancer progressed rapidly, and I made the heartbreaking decision to help my sweet French girl cross the Rainbow Bridge. The staff at Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital showed me incredible kindness and compassion during this difficult time. Heidi and Brittany were so empathetic and understanding—they made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Zuniga allowed me to hold Luna in her final moments and showed true compassion and care. From the bottom of my broken heart, thank you to the entire team for your warmth and support. I will never forget how you helped Luna and me in our time of need.
