I had a first visit is free experience; Let me tell you they found so many medications to sell us($300 worth which we talk down to $200)and then sells us on a nail clipping ($20) which they did a sup par job it looked like they didn't do it and then proceeds to tell us we need her old vet records to know what is truly wrong with her it's been a couple days of giving her meds and she has gotten worse and when we call they try to sell us on more stuff mind you this is only the main "vet's" the rest of the stay was nice and not as pushy to sell you anything and everything to cure what you think and not know because you didn't wait to get the vet records from real veterinarians that save this dogs life and im sorry i didn't go back to them in the first place but don't fall for first visit is free the "vet" will upsell you because of your dogs history

I was referred to The Falls Animal Clinic by my neighbor and what a great recommendation ! The doctor is phenomenal and the support staff are awesome. I love that it's a small, privately owned business. You can tell everyone truly cares. My dog is always anxious going to the vet. Dr. Baquero is so patient and calm when dealing with my puppy she takes away all his anxiety . The price is affordable and the care is exceptional!! If anyone is looking for a veterinarian give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!

Always very kind and my dog is very comfortable every time we go. She’s happy to see Dr. Baquero and the doctor clearly loves what she’s doing. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful and they even have a little candy bowl.

Dr. Baquero and staff have been nothing short of amazing with my little recuse doggy, Peewee! He had a horrible skin allergy and had gone to another vet office which they didn’t help us too much. But Dr. Baquero went through all the possibilities, was extremely thorough and we almost at 100% in getting Peewee some relief. Thank you so much for all that you all do! Dr. Baquero and staff have definitely won us over. We are forever grateful ❤️

From the moment I called the office we had the best experience with Dr. Baquero and her staff . They took the time to answer all our new pet parent questions and concerns . The were wonderful and caring with my puppy. I am so happy I found them.
