My six year old golden doodle, Westly, passed last week unexpectedly, and in an emergency. I brought him to Sand Lake animal clinic simply because it was the closest vet near me. Not only did they handle the emergency like true professionals, every single employee in that office, put their full effort and attention into myself, my family, and treating Westly. I cannot thank them all enough for their care, and how they handled the situation. Although he could not be saved, every single person at this office showed empathy and compassion that I’ve never seen before. They should be the gold standard for veterinary care. Just today I also received a card in the mail personally signed by everybody in the office, even the owner, saying that they are sorry for my loss. everything about this office is amazing, they are angels on earth. Thank you again.

LOVE this vet! I’ve never had a bad experience here with any of the staff. All of the front desk staff always remember us (my dog has made us visit quite a bit…). We always ask to see Dr.Brits and she is so wonderful. She truly cares about our pets and you can tell she loves what she does!

Excellent visit with Jose and DVM Rodrigo for Astro who needed extra attention today coming out of the orange county animal shelter yesterday with a serious upper respiratory infection. Thank you!

My 3 review is for the front desk staff of this vet clinic. We've been coming here for at least 7 years and today We spent 700 Today on dog care. The vet, dr Rivera, was awesome and great as always. The front desk staff, one lady with dark hair and glasses. In particular had a bad attitude with me. I am assuming it's because I called to see how long we would have to wait in the car to see the vet, the dog and my husband were getting Anxious The veterinary staff are awesome but they need attitude adjustments in the front desk staff that deal with the clients

Made an appointment by phone with the lovely Shaina, who was compassionate about the nature of the call. My cat was seen the very next morning after a very short wait in the lobby. The exam was prompt, informative and they were gentle and kind to my animal. Mochi was given an antibiotic shot for her foot booboo and some oral painkillers. I intend to make this her primary veterinarian and highly recommend them.
