Banfield Pet Hospital

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital during my puppy’s recent visit. While we were there for his vaccination, he suddenly injured his leg. The vet suspected a fracture and advised waiting overnight before proceeding with an X-ray. The next day, I dropped him off at noon for the X-ray, and he remained there for six hours with no updates. When I finally called around 4:20 p.m., the vet confirmed the fracture and said they would apply a splint. An hour later, they called back saying they could no longer do it because they were closing and suggested I take him to an emergency clinic instead. They then told me to return the next morning, but when I arrived, the vet admitted they were overbooked and lacked experience performing splinting on live animals. I was shocked. I had already paid nearly $705 for exams and X-rays, yet my puppy remained in pain for two days with no treatment. I ultimately had to take him to another clinic, where he was properly casted immediately. I’m deeply disappointed by this hospital’s lack of professionalism, follow-through, and proper medical care. I gave one star only because the front staff were polite and seem suitable for routine vaccinations—but not for urgent or serious cases.

They always take such good care of our babies! I used a different Banfield in the area and it just felt like a job to them. But here, it feels like they genuinely care about my fur babies. The techs recognize me as "Oscars mom" and they get excited when our very lovey cat Marbles comes in. The vet here is always patient and doesn't seem to mind my neverending questions. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Banfield hospital is always taking excellent care of my pet, diamond, and have also taken great care of me , as well, being the pet parent. I recommend them to everyone, especially their wellness plans. When you are on a fixed income, it helps you financially to be able to get the care your four-legged child needs. I have been with them over 15 years now and I plan on staying with them. I love all the veterinarians because they truly do care and are very compassionate. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and care by everyone at Banfield. The most important thing is that I trust the doctors and the staff.

My 2 children/ dogs both had appointments today. I wanted to let everyone know how well Dr assistant Phillipe was with my 2! Awesome work. I loved that you listened and took time with trigger since he is deaf. Thank you for everything. It was a very warm visit.
