This location has consistently provided excellent care for my two dogs. The staff is always welcoming and incredibly kind to the dogs, making every visit a positive experience. Scheduling appointments is easy, and wait times are typically short. At our most recent visit, they went above and beyond for our sweet Akita, and we’re so grateful for their compassion and care.

I needed to get my pup checked out, and honestly, it was just as easy as booking a doctor's appointment. I did have to wait a bit longer than usual, but the vet was incredible—so gentle and caring with my little one. I loved the experience so much that I decided to sign up for the membership!

I got an appt the same day as a follow up from the emergency vet. Haley was amazing as well as Dr. Portela. Another nurse or tech assisted Haley as well and was amazing I did not get her name. They were gentle, helpful and took care of my baby. I am so happy I found this clinic and can’t thank you all enough for treating canoli with the love she received today. The medication bag was a cherry on top! 10/10 would recommend. Hope to not be back anytime soon but feel confident in this team should we need anything further. Thank you!

I only just started taking my dog to Petfolk Lake Mary and I have been so impressed with our visits!! The staff here are absolutely incredible and have made every visit so far as stress free as possible for my pretty anxious Pyrenees! She is actually excited to see them and I know she is in the best hands there!! I absolutely love how much they adore each pet that comes in, everyone is beyond gentle and soft spoken for the animals and have been very friendly and approachable to me! They are very upfront with pricing and do not try to hide anything from you! Each time they have talked through each service, the price, and what everything includes leaving nothing out! I don’t feel like I’m leaving wondering what I’m paying for! They are all so skilled and confident with animal handling and veterinary knowledge!!! Special thanks to Corinne and Josh! You all rock!!
