My dog Lola got very sick over Memorial Day weekend and vetco was the only vet that stepped up and told me to come in on the holiday (my first time going here).. from the phone call to the visit I have to say I received excellent customer service. The staff was very caring and helpful and gave me and Lola all the attention we needed. I’m impressed that they contacted me two days in a row to check on how Lola is feeling my normal vet in Islamorada doesn’t even do this so I think I’ll be making changes to my pet care.. so here it is Thursday and Lola is completely back to her normal self after the treatment which makes me so happy. I also want to say I was very impressed with how clean the office and room was it was spotless wish I could say the same about our normal vet office.. i wanna say thank you to the staff and thank you to Christi I can’t say enough good things about my visit I greatly appreciate what you did for Lola… thank you vetco I think we’ll be back for other pet needs in the future

I had an issue with my dog cookie, it was my first time there and they treated me like family! Great staff, great service, didn’t wait too long. Christi was great, so caring and attentive. The Vet who saw my fur baby cookie, gave me great advice and information. It meant so much when I am going through my time of need. I would recommend coming here for all of your pet needs!
