Hi Banfield pet hospital is a very good pet care provider. I moved to Hollywood a few years ago and I've been taking my little yoyo there for as long as I've been in Hollywood. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful 👍 they've taken care of her every time there's an emergency. They take your dog in the back to do an exam. HARD NO! I don’t trust anyone but especially those who act like they have something to hide! who knows if a vet actually ever looked at the dog? Then some guy comes out from the back that barely seemed qualified to be a vet for a weird 2 min interaction. Majority of the time was spent waiting (the entire wellness visit took almost 2 hours even though they walked me right in to a room). Nurse spent more time telling me about his cancer then listening to me talk about what my dog (the patient) had been through. Then nurse spent significant time trying to sell me their wellness plan to which I declined and afree wards he took my dog to the back for bloodwork but didn’t bring her back out so after 30 mins I went looking for her and that’s when j was told they do the exam In the back out of sight of the owner and even without telling me ahead of time.. I threatened the nurse that if they harmed my dog they’d regret it. Everything about this entire place was weird. Wouldn’t go back.

Just put our dog to sleep yesterday and while I had a wellness plan with Banfield I thought that this company is all about helping pets and pet owners. But when I called today to cancel my wellness plan I was told that I still have to pay my monthly balance for the rest of the year even though my pet is gone But I got a discount and I only have to pay 171$?? That is absolutely disgusting so be aware when you sign up want any plan with Banfield.I find this hard to believe but I don’t even know why am I surprised.

I made an appointment online for two days later to treat my cat's injured foot. "Oh you should have called. Our computers don't track online appointments. We can for fit you in three days from now." Went to Sheridan Animal Hospital immediately and I'll never look back. Business > patients at Banfield.

I told the receptionist twice I had a couple for The office visit. I told the nurse twice I had a coupon for a free office visit. Of course I was charged for the office visit-they told me they would give me aa store credit. Since I’m traveling, this means nothing. I was charged for an office visit even with a free office visit coupon. I won’t be back. EDIT-I rcvd a call today and the situation was made right. Thank you Erica!
