This place is top notch. From the initial phone call to the meet and greet. I was just blown away. We've been using their services for quite some time and I'm so pleased that my little Timmy was in good hands and now he's back to being himself. I totally recommend this place for all your vet needs. The staff were extremely caring and made us feel welcomed. The doctor listened to my concerns and walked me through the process of care. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have met Dr. Anna and her entire team. They took such wonderful care of my disabled dog, and seeing how comfortable and happy he was meant everything to me. Mocha is usually very afraid of vets, but at Dr. Anna’s clinic he was genuinely relaxed and happy. Every single staff member showed Mocha so much kindness and attention that he truly felt like a little superstar. 🙏🏻💖 Dr. Anna is not only an amazing veterinarian, but also a truly kind, compassionate, and valuable human being. Being treated not just as customers, but as people with pets who genuinely needed care, made a huge difference for us. I was so happy with our experience that I’ve decided to move the records of all four of my dogs and my two cats to Dr. Anna’s clinic from now on. Note: Sending a card to our home was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. It truly touched my heart and made me feel so much better on a very difficult day. Thank you for your kindness. Dr. Ferrera is an amazing vet! She literally saved our dogs life. She is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly while making sure you feel supported throughout the process. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure your animal receives the best possible care, and I’m incredibly grateful for her compassion and dedication. First visit to Animal Hospital of Pembroke Road. What a great experience! Patricia at the Front Desk was welcoming, informative and very efficient. Dr Ferrara was Excellent!! She was friendly, answered questions, showed compassion and was the most knowledgeable veterinarian I’ve met ( and I researched quite a few). So glad I found this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Animal Hospital of Pembroke Road! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. The staff truly cares about every pet that comes through their doors. Dr. Anna took the time to explain everything during our visit, answering all of my questions and making sure my furry friend was comfortable. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made me feel confident in the care my pet was receiving. The follow-up care has been fantastic as well, with the team checking in to see how my pet is doing after treatment. I appreciate the genuine love and dedication they have for animals.
