They are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the staff helping us say goodbye to our 11 year old shepherd. Receptionists were extremely helpful and kind. April is an Angel. She helped us with our girl, stayed in the room with us and... was just amazing. It hurts writing this, but they are amazing!

We had to put our beloved dog Princess down today after 19 wonderful years of life. Everyone at OnPoint was very kind and helpful. We are very grateful for their professional help and support in this very difficult time. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I have no words to describe how grateful we are for the entire team at OnPoint Vet. You all created a beautiful experience for us, even though it was such a sad day for me and my family. Thank you for taking care of the euthanasia process with so much love and attention. Mocha will always be with us, and only God can bless you with every good thing, because you truly deserve it. Ciara, Denisha, and Dr. Marino are the absolute best. From the beginning, they have been kind, patient, and incredibly supportive through every step. They never made us feel rushed and always took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we fully understood what was happening and what to expect. Every question or concern we had was taken seriously, and if an answer wasn’t immediately available, they made sure to find the correct information and follow through. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in our pets’ care. Their empathy, dedication, and genuine kindness made an incredibly difficult situation much easier to navigate, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done for our kitten. Not once did they give up on finding a diagnosis for her. They listened to our concerns when another emergency clinic dismissed us. It wasn’t just my wife, myself and our kitten fighting for her life but they were right there fighting just as hard with us and that means more than words can ever explain.

Our family was in town for my father-in-law's funeral, which was taking place very early the next day from our late-night visit! We cannot say enough about the caring, compassionate care our little guy Dante (and his family) received from your team. He is quite the squirrelly little thing and they handled him so gently and with complete understanding about how scared he was. Dante is feeling much better today, thanks so much to Dr. Craig, nurse Kelly and the entire staff for your help. We are back home now and OnPoint has checked in several times.
