Dr. Storey arrived an hour late to his clinic. His staff were all locked out of the facility until he arrived and we were forced to wait outside with six other dogs and owners. When we called the number on the front door, his staff member in Pensacola snapped at us and told us we were the fourth person to call and they know he is late. The entire clinic was chaos upon entering. There were no chairs for us to sit in and the dogs were stressed with all the high anxiety in this clinic. Dr. Storey was rude to his staff and barking out orders. He even made one of the vet techs cry. If we hadn’t traveled two hours to see him, we would have left. AWFUL EXPERIENCE & DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I cannot thank the staff at Animal Eye Clinic of Pensacola enough for helping my 18 year old Chihuahua. The staff here is fantastic and is always there by text or phone when you need them.

They saved my dogs eye sight. We visited at the Pensacola office and new location in Fort Walton Beach. The only thing I didn't like is that at the FWB location you cannot go into the office because (they said) lack of room. Overall, great staff. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable.
