⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank the team at VEG ER for Pets enough for the incredible care they gave my dog during such a frightening time. From the moment we walked in, everyone treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Anghel was outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nurse Samantha was so caring and attentive, making both my dog and me feel comfortable. Cat, the assistant, was gentle and compassionate, and Brittany made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure my dog received the best possible care. They truly treated her as if she were their own. During a stressful emergency, they gave us peace of mind, and I will always be grateful for their dedication and kindness. Thank you, Dr. Anghel, Samantha, Cat, and Brittany, for your exceptional care. I highly recommend VEG ER for Pets to anyone who wants a team that genuinely cares about both pets and their families. Dr. Gilcrest and the entire team were exceptional, but I especially want to recognize Nurse Marielyz. She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and maintained such a calm, positive presence through a very serious situation. Her reassurance and professionalism meant more than she probably knows. A special thank you to Ruth at the front desk for once again being so kind and comforting Dr. Briello* from the day before was also wonderful handling our situation yesterday and then moving forward to today having to go back I’d also like to thank the other wonderful woman who offered us coffee,(I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name). She had beautiful twists.Her vibrant, uplifting personality brought a little light during such a difficult time. Even the music when we first walked in helped lift my spirits😂 as the irony of techno unfortunately my dog was suffering a seizure and now some people might not think that’s funny but you gotta find something funny during a very hard time, and the staff respectfully turned it off once treatment began. To be clear, the staff was on their downtime while this took place, so please do not come for them! Everyone was nonjudgmental, understanding, and truly cared about both my dog and me. They honored their 24-hour policy when Emmy had to return, stabilized her, adjusted her medications, and gave us a clear plan moving forward. Thank you all for taking such amazing care of my Emmy. God truly led us to the right place. ❤️ We were recommended to them through Summers Animal Hospital

I cannot say enough good things about VEG ER and the incredible team who cared for my 7 year old German Shepherd. At 5:30 a.m., I brought him in under the impression he had ingested insecticide. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted and no time was wasted before they started evaluation. They quickly determined that X-rays were needed and, within minutes, identified life-threatening GDV.. his stomach literally flipped 360°. The team recognized the emergency immediately on the X-ray and wasted no time taking action. Thanks to their rapid diagnosis, and sense of urgency, he was in and out of surgery within hours, and their quick intervention undoubtedly saved his life. The facility was exceptionally clean, the equipment was modern and the level of 24/7 care and attention he received was truly unmatched. I am especially grateful to Dr. Lee, who stayed beyond her shift to perform the surgery, along with nurses Anthony and Mitch, who provided outstanding care. The follow-up care was equally impressive. Dr. Casali, Dr. Nair, Hannah, and Brittany were compassionate, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. They treated my dog as if he were their own and gave me peace of mind during probably the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. It’s been just over three weeks since his surgery, and while his shaved legs still make it look like he’s wearing little ankle boots, his incision has healed beautifully. You’d never know he underwent major emergency surgery, and he’s back to being the happy, energetic boy I know and love. I will be forever grateful to this incredible team and highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care.

I had a great experience with this pet ER. While I was watching my friend's dog, I needed help administering his insulin, and they stepped in without hesitation. They were knowledgeable, patient, and handled everything with care, which gave me a lot of peace of mind because to be honest I was getting anxious and worried he wasn’t getting enough of his dose. It's clear they genuinely care about animals and know how to work with pets that have special medical needs. I really appreciated their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate veterinarian/ vet ER. Thank you everyone for all your help.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for this emergency hospital and the incredible people who work here. During one of the scariest moments of my life, when our cat was hospitalized, every single person we encountered treated him with so much care, patience, and compassion. After spending many hours there, I saw countless pets coming in and out, and one thing became very clear: this team genuinely cares about animals. That matters so much because every pet that walks through those doors is scared and vulnerable, and the way they are handled makes all the difference. I also really appreciated how transparent and open their setup is. Being a 24-hour hospital already provides peace of mind, but what stood out even more was how accommodating they were. They even offered to let my husband and I to stay overnight to be with our baby boy, which meant a lot to us. A special thank you to Sarah, Brie, Marcela, and Dr. Kagan. Dr. Kagan was the one who detected my cat’s heart murmur, which led us to see a cardiologist and ultimately discover his heart disease. We will always be grateful for his attentiveness and thoroughness. Thank you all for treating our cat with such thoughtfulness and kindness. You made an incredibly difficult experience a little less frightening, and we will never forget it.
