Dr. Blake Hefter is amazing!!! We had concerns for our cat and had visited other vets who did not give us the same amazing care / tailored care that Dr. Hefter and his team did. Super professional, patient & knowledgable would be an understatement. We were concerned about a cyst, and his team performed a cytology exam and administered vaccines that our cat needed. Our cat is typically anxious and aggressive at vets, and didn’t even notice the injection! We are so happy to have found him and will be recommending to everyone!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Being less than 5 miles away, I expected reasonable communication and transparency, but instead encountered shocking hostility. When I called to inquire about pricing, the manager, Ashley, was incredibly aggressive, defensive, and nasty right off the bat, cutting me off before I could even get a question in. On top of the terrible customer service, the fees are insanely expensive. If you want to be treated poorly and overcharged, this is the place to go. Save your money and look elsewhere

As a busy professional with limited availability during the day, their after-hours home visit was an absolute game-changer for me and my beloved feline companions. One of the standout qualities of Dr. Hefter's service was their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care, even outside of regular working hours. Their flexibility in accommodating my schedule by offering appointments after 5pm was a tremendous relief. This level of dedication truly distinguishes Premium Vet Care from other veterinary practices. From the moment Dr. Hefter arrived at my home, it was evident that their passion for animal well-being was unparalleled. Their warm and friendly demeanor instantly put both me and my cats at ease, creating a comfortable and stress-free environment. Dr. Hefter's vast knowledge and expertise in veterinary medicine were evident as they conducted a thorough examination of my feline companions, ensuring no detail went unnoticed.

I would give Premium Vet Care a million stars if I could! When Taki got a severe ear infection, I knew there is No Way I could place him in a carrier and take him to a regular vet clinic. Being an adopted feral cat, this would have been an extremely traumatizing experience for him and for myself. As soon as I called Premium Vet Care, I knew that I was on the right hands. Dr. Blake Hefter and his Assistant had an instant empathy with Taki. When Dr. Hefter walked in, Taki didn't run away like he always does when other people enter our home, which was very surprising to me. Dr. Hefter was able to easily sedate him, confirm his diagnosis and administer his ear treatment. It hasn't even been 2 hours and Taki is already feeling so much better and enjoying his treats! As a feral cat mom of 3 boys, I know how important it is to find reliable vet care for reasonable prices when needed! Strongly recommend Premium Vet Care! What a great service! Thank you again Pet Angels!

Dr Hefter and his nurse were great. I have 5 cats he tended to 1.They were very kind and caring, and very reasonable in price for house a house call. He has a great sense of humor as well
