I recently brought my baby girl in for vaccines and a wellness exam and had a great experience at this clinic with Dr. Ferrera and sweet technician Stephanie. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made both me and my pup feel comfortable right away. The visit was smooth, professional, and everything was explained clearly, doctor took her time checking pup and answering all my questions and concerns. I was also really glad to learn that they offer emergency services and open 24/7— it gives me peace of mind knowing we have a reliable place to turn to if anything unexpected happens. I can’t say enough good things about this emergency clinic. They performed surgery on my dog and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The staff was compassionate, professional, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of both pets and their owners. You can tell they really care. A special thank you to the manager, who was absolutely phenomenal—kind, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care my dog received. My little girl Chihuahua needed exploratory surgery twice in 48 hours. She managed to swallow 3 small pieces of pipe cleaner. We brought her to family pet medical center and boy, am I glad we did! The staff there is top-notch and she was attended to with the most professional care I have ever seen in any clinic and we've been to many. She was there for 3 days I recall, and we couldn't wait to get her back home. To make a long story short, she's home now and 100% healthy thanks to the professional family pet medical center. Thank you so much!

First time taking my girl to a vet and she was taken care of from the second we stepped in the door! Everyone was unbelievably helpful and kind I truly felt like I was going to be taken care of along with all the great vibes. All the way down to the doctors who spoke to my Sasha so sweetly I know she appreciated their attentiveness. Definitely choosing FPMC for all of her needs :)
