I truly cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the amazing team here. They have taken care of all three of my babies—Zoey, Boo, and Tucker—with so much kindness, compassion, and professionalism. When Zoey developed a uterine infection, they acted quickly, got her in right away, and performed surgery promptly. It was such a scary time, but thanks to their care, she recovered beautifully and is doing great. For Boo, my bird, they were able to find an appointment quickly for his annual checkup. What made me especially happy was seeing how comfortable and calm he was with them—it truly showed how gentle and caring they are. And Tucker… even though his appointment was scheduled for the next day, they saw him the night before because he needed care, and they took such great care of him. That level of compassion means everything. The staff is incredibly kind, the veterinarians are wonderful, and every interaction has made me feel supported and reassured. I honestly don’t have enough words to thank them for everything they’ve done for my pets. We are so grateful.

We are so grateful to the entire team at FPMC for the incredible care they gave our corgi, Nina. We arrived during an emergency visit at 3:00 a.m., and despite the hour, every person we encountered treated us with compassion, urgency, and kindness. They quickly diagnosed her pyometra, explained everything clearly, and took amazing care of her through surgery. During one of the scariest moments for our family, they made us feel supported every step of the way. Thank you for your expertise, your heart, and for giving Nina a second chance. We will always be grateful. ❤️

I cannot thank FPMC enough for everything they did & continue to do. A few weeks ago I came in with a stray kitten I found at work. Upon checking him it turned out that he had a fractured leg & was suffering from constipation. We set up surgery for his leg as soon as possible & thanks to Dr. Ferrera the surgery was successful. Unfortunately, Milo’s constipation wasn’t getting any better & at some point I was advised that we may have to prepare for the worst. So they had Milo stay at the center for several days, cared for him with so much love, & tried everything to make him better as a final fight. I’m happy to say that it all worked out in the end, I was never so happy to hear about a cat pooping until that day. Fast forward to now & he is finally acting like a normal kitten. Needless to say I highly recommend FPMC to anyone as they will make sure you & your pets are taken care of. Thank you again to Dr. Ferrera for giving this kitten another chance at a normal life. Thank you Stephanie for the extreme generosity & always being transparent about things. Thank you to Stephanie for the conversations, and thank you to Jules for everything & for really convincing me to keep Milo.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Bella. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, compassion, and expertise. The doctors were incredibly thorough, explaining every step of Bella treatment with patience and clarity. The nurses showed such gentle care and dedication that I felt completely confident leaving Bella in their hands. The facility was spotless — extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained — which gave me total peace of mind during her stay. Bella received attentive monitoring, prompt treatment, and genuine love from everyone there. Thanks to this amazing team, she recovered beautifully. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness we experienced. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking excellent veterinary care.

We had such a great experience yesterday with Benny at Family Pet Medical Center. From the moment we walked in, the staff and Dr. Maria Kogarova made us feel welcome and at ease. The front desk was friendly and efficient, and we didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The veterinary team was fantastic—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to thoroughly examine Benny, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing. It’s obvious they truly care about the animals they treat, and that level of compassion really stood out. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made a big difference in keeping Benny comfortable. I also appreciated how transparent they were about treatment options and costs. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. I left feeling confident that Benny is in great hands. Highly recommend Family Pet Medical Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team!
