Amazing experience! Dr. Hefter was so easy to talk to and he actually listened. He was gentle and kind to my 20 year old cat. He went beyond the call of duty. I could not believe the amount of time that he spent explaining everything that he was doing and why. He was very genuine and considerate. I highly recommend Premium Vet Care. The entire experience from scheduling to the visit was a pleasure.

I am so glad I decided to try Premium Vet Care for my 85 pound aging dog who is becoming less able to go for a car ride to the vet. Dr. Baldwin was amazing! She took her time getting know my dog and making him feel comfortable before giving him a very thorough examination. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the cost, which was less than what I would have expected for this truly VIP pet care experience. Alana who coordinated the appointment was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Premium Vet Care even for routine care!

Dr. Hefter was excellent. In making a decision to in-home euthanize our beloved Toby, it was difficult, but made easier by Dr. Hefter who was professional and very empathetic to our situation. He took the call and was able to schedule us later in the afternoon. He took great care to be sensitive and handle the administrative tasks in a private manner. Upon arrival at our house he continued to show the professionalism while taking care of our emotional state. Toby was handled with care and reverence.

Premium Vet Care Mobile Veterinary Animal Clinic is the best veterinarn office! Dr. Hefter came to my home and did annual exams, blood work, urine tests, stool tests and perscribed medications for my three cats. This was definitely the best veterinarian experience in mine and my fur babies life! There was no stress and anxiety of the car ride to the vet. I didn’t have the anxiety that comes when you hear your fur babies in the back ( after taking them away from you) crying as they are getting pocked and paraded. There was also no sales pitch or pressure to purchase additional services. Dr. Hefter is also very knowledgeable and compassionate. His customer service is surprisingly and refreshingly amazing! His truck is also impressive, being equipped with a surgical equipment, full labs and an x-ray machine. His prices are inline with other local vetarians in the area. I am definitely going to be using Dr. Hefter in the future! Thank you for everything.

Dr. Hefter is absolutely one of the most compassionate veterinarians on the planet! He is sympathetic, professional, and understanding. Thank you, Dr. Hefter...you made an unbearable choice a tiny bit easier for me to take. May your life be filled with LOVE!!! SECOND VISIT: I called Dr. Hefter again to treat 2 kittens I had adopted...I could NOT get the tabby in a carrier tho' I tried many days! I gave up on my "initial plan (CE)". Who you gonna call? Premium Vet Care/Dr. Hefter. He arrived shortly after my call on Monday night with medications and his dedication. I would call Dr. Hefter for any pet issue! He is truly all heart! Absolutely the best!
