This was such a positive experience. I called six vets today trying to get my cat in with a nasty eye infection. This was THE only place that could see us today. Dr. Flack was so great with my cat and I was in and out very fast! And the price was very reasonable as well. Thanks to Dr. Flack and Emma for taking such good care of my cat!

Excellent experience and great discounts! This vet is a breath of fresh air. I recently became temporarily disabled and needed my cat's flea prevention medication mailed to me, and left a message. The vet called me back himself and took care of getting it out to me. He even called back just to double check my cat's weight.

This Petvet office is very affordable. The wait is well worth it. I called my regular vet Dr. Nina’s animal hospital. I was told they didn’t have time to get my sons dog in for Bordetella. Since I was going on a cruise the next day and he was missing this and couldn’t be boarded without. The girl who answered the phone at Dr. Nina’s Animal HospitaI told me about the Petvet. I was very impressed that the lady answering the phone told me to come right down after after I explained what I needed. She told me I might have to sit for a little while. I drove up to the Red barn flea market in Bradenton. This office is along the outside front. took my sons dog in for the Bordetella . The prices are awesome. I will now take all our pets there for vaccines etc.. thanks for caring for our fur babies and not just after the mighty dollar.

Made an appt for my dog to have a heartworm test. Dr. Proceeded to give her a full set of vaccines without my permission. She had just had them. When I expressed concern TOM at the desk told me if I cared so much should have been there. I take care of my 96 year old father on hospice. I should be able to trust that if I make an appointment for a specific procedure it should be honored without me being there to supervise her visit. Very disappointed and concerned with their attitude.

Don't waste your time, I really think the Doctor is starting to forget. The bumps on my large dog are getting worse and now he recommends surgery after we spoke about it a year ago. Then again six months ago where he said Don't worry about them. Yesterday they charged me for a muzzle that I already had on my small dog and have used just to be safe. The Doctor said we would not be charged if we did not use their muzzle. The staff is very friendly but we have had multiple issues there and have heard similar complaints from friends and family members.
