I love this hospital and specially the vet Dr. Marks, he is great. After going to Many other places that unfortunately only care about the money, This hospital is different. They CARE about the animals, they listen your concerns and they really HELP more than only MONEY. BTW their price is very fair. I have 3 pets and they all go there . I highly recommend!

I am also beyond thankful for this place and the team! I have a large active dog who just got fixed and had a slight rash from the cone….they were so so helpful down to just coming out to the parking lot to help me get him inside while I was hysterically crying from being afraid to hurt him. So calming for not only pets but owners as well. Me and my 2 fur babies will forever come to this veterinarian!!

The entire staff at Ranch Animal Hospital is very kind and compassionate. My 16 year old Yorkie had surgery today and from the moment I dropped her off she was very well taken care of. They sent me a text message and photo once she was out of surgery and kept me informed throughout the entire procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Marks and his staff.

I cannot recommend Ranch Lake highly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, their exceptional customer service made me feel welcomed and valued. The entire team, from the front desk to the veterinarians, showed genuine compassion for my pet, treating them with the utmost care and kindness. Their dedication to honoring the bond between pets and their owners truly sets them apart. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure my pet’s comfort and well-being. Thank you guys,for your outstanding care and heartfelt commitment—I’m so grateful to have such a trustworthy team looking after my furry family members!

Losing our dog Mowgli to nasal cancer was heartbreaking, but Dr. Marks and his vet tech, Lauren were supportive and compassionate from diagnosis to our final decision to let our guy go. For several months, they worked tirelessly with us to come up with thoughtful solutions to help manage his symptoms and keep him comfortable. Dr. Marks never pushed unnecessary testing and always tried to save us money while still providing excellent, attentive care. We are forever grateful for their honesty, kindness, and the love they showed our boy in his final days. No one appreciated his grumbles like Lauren did!
