The staff at PetFolks were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met during my visit. They demonstrated a remarkable level of comfort and expertise when handling my pitbull, which is often a concern in vet environments where many professionals may feel nervous or apprehensive around this breed. The team took the time to make her feel welcome and comfortable, even though she was a bit anxious. They engaged her with kindness, patience, and understanding, creating a calming atmosphere that eased her nervousness. It was evident that they genuinely cared about her well-being, which made the entire experience much more pleasant for both of us.

Took Angel, 1st time, for possible allergy issue. Nice clean facility, wonderful staff. Treated quickly with minimal expense and not any unnecessary tests, etc. to run up bill. Definitely returning when needed. Thank you Dr Seyed and staff.

Petfolk is awesome! My dog can go for an exam any time for a very, very low affordable annual fee! I am not stressing over paying for a vet fee. I’ve been to two different Petfolk offices, one in Georgia and one in Florida. The vets take their time and really listen and address my concerns and needs for my little “child.” I’m so glad I found this place in Boynton Beach. Overall my dog’s health is much better since going to Petfolk and following their suggestions. My dog gets regular allergy injections. Every time we go to Petfolk the staff and Veterinarians are so awesome. Again, super happy we found Petfolk.

I brought my baby girl Ella to Petfolk which I didn’t know they had just opted a few weeks ago. May I just say the place is gorgeous and nice and clean. All the fur babies in the back were nice and well behaved then I realized they were all stuffed animals. LOL I was greeted by Vanessa who’s one of the vet techs there. She’s very sweet. Then we met Dr Shaw who was also very nice. I just want to say, I am NOT a fan of bringing my animals to a conventional vet as I believe in holistic care. But there’s times when you do need to see a conventional vet for X-rays, blood work even ultrasound. Well Dr Shaw went far beyond what I expected with my Ella. He explained everything to me which thankfully I knew what Ella’s case was all about. But since she’s not spayed there’s always that worry in the back of my head about her having pyro (infection in the uterus) since she was throwing up and having abdominal pain I had to get her checked. Thankfully she’s good for the most part with having gastritis which she’s prone to getting. It’s like a human having IBS. So Dr gave her a nausea shot some subQ fluids (which she screamed she’s a little baby) but I’m sure with her not feeling well everything hurts. I want to give a huge thank you to Dr Shaw and Vanessa and the other lady that was there during our visit. Everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Ella on the other hand may not want to step her paw back in there again. Don’t blame her but they did make her feel better. She is resting since we’ve been home. No more throwing up thankfully.
