We had a wonderful experience here with our 13-week-old kitten. She received her first FVRCP vaccine, and I really appreciated that they use a high-quality non-adjuvanted vaccine and explained everything clearly. The doctor and staff were warm, caring, and very professional. They answered all our questions, understood our future travel needs, and treated our kitten with so much gentleness. We left feeling very happy, confident, and grateful. Highly recommend.

Had a great visit to PetFolk today. Made my same day appointment Saturday morning. Office is very bright and clean and there are separate rooms for each visitor. The Veterinarian and Vet Asst were so friendly and helpful and took their time explaining every detail of the visit including what to look out for in the future. My girl Luna was well taken care of and will be back in a few weeks with her requested samples.

Our experience at Petfolk was great and I will definitely be recommending them to others. I was able to have my sick Chihuahua, Frank, seen within 2 hours of calling Petfolk. The staff was very kind, easy to talk to, patient, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, nice looking and comfortable. The vet and tech we spoke with gave us multiple options on how to help our furbaby and I'm happy to say he is feeling better after his visit. I was also very impressed by how they continued to check in via text after the visit to see how Frank was doing and gave further advice when asked. I was much less stressed knowing that if Frank needed more help it would be available to him. Thank you to Petfolk for all your help and kindness!

We have been seeing Dr Grodin and the staff at Petfolk since we got our dachshund puppy at 4 months. The Petfolk team has been incredibly supportive and helpful, always giving us the assurances we’ve needed. We recently got our pup neutered, where he was taken care of pre-op and post-op in a gentle and caring manner. I’d recommend Dr Grodin and his team to any dog owner!

I have gone to Petfolk just recently with two of my many animals. Both cats were brought in for serious illnesses. Dr Shaw is amazing, attentive and makes sure to answer all questions and all emails. The staff there are equally as wonderful, going the extra mile to ensure my kitties were taken care of properly and having their best care in mind. Our story is extensive, but to sum it up, I couldn't ask for better care, service and thoughtfulness from the staff and Dr Shaw. I am truly lucky to have them all involved in the care and safe keeping of my pets !
