I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Chewy Vet Care! From the moment I called to schedule appointments for my two cats, Tallulah Marie and Poshie Noshie, I knew this was going to be different. I was able to speak with someone right away, and the customer service team was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and I appreciated receiving appointment reminders before each visit. Walking into the clinic, I was immediately impressed. The facility was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt so welcoming. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the dog and cat treat station and even a coffee station for pet parents. Our veterinarian, Dr. Marie-Andree Fecteau, and veterinary assistant Daniel were absolutely incredible. Before meeting us, they had already reviewed Tallulah's medical history, which showed me how much they truly care about being prepared. We had a thorough discussion about my concerns, including fleas, hairballs, and how to approach blood work with an anxious cat. They listened carefully, answered every question, and explained that their goal was to build trust with both of my cats—not just get through the appointment. Tallulah has always been extremely nervous at the vet, so I was expecting a stressful visit. Instead, Dr. Fecteau and Daniel stayed calm, patient, and incredibly gentle. They allowed Tallulah to remain where she felt comfortable, moved at her pace, and carefully examined her with a flea comb, discovering fleas and flea bites that needed treatment. I was honestly amazed that Tallulah remained so calm throughout the exam—even allowing me to lift her so they could examine her belly, something I've rarely experienced at any veterinary office. Their understanding of feline behavior made all the difference. Later that day, my husband and I brought in Poshie Noshie for his first visit. Although he's much more outgoing, he can be a little squirmy, and he received the exact same gentle, patient, and compassionate care. It was obvious that this team genuinely loves what they do. Both Tallulah and Poshie left with the medications they needed, adorable bravery certificates, and stuffed animals, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also loved that Chewy automatically added their future medications to my account for easy ordering and provided detailed visit summaries that I can access anytime. As a pet parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your pets feel safe and cared for. Chewy Vet Care exceeded every expectation I had. They treated my cats with compassion, patience, and respect, making what is usually a stressful experience feel calm and positive. I left feeling confident that we had found our forever veterinary team. Thank you to Dr. Marie-Andree Fecteau, Daniel, and the entire Chewy Vet Care team for taking such exceptional care of Tallulah Marie and Poshie Noshie. We are so grateful and highly recommend Chewy Vet Care to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly treats your pets like family.

Amazing experience !!! I originally went to the delray location as a walk in when they opened, but they were not able to fit me in. Instead, the front desk associate found an appointment at another location and was able to book it for me. I was so grateful for her kindness and she even notified the other location that I was coming. I went to the boynton beach location and the staff was incredible. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and patient (I had an 80lbs golden and a baby). The experience was quick and I hardly waited. The vet tech Daniel was nice and gentle with my pup. The vet was also kind and quickly identified the issue. I would highly recommend!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Chewy Vet, especially Dr. Fecteau and Daniel. From the moment we walked in, the office felt so clean, calming, and comforting, unlike any other vet office I’ve ever been to. As a pet parent to a kitty with multiple chronic health conditions, vet visits can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire experience feel so reassuring. They were able to get my cat, Stinky, in first thing in the morning for a suspected UTI, and they diagnosed and treated her so quickly. What meant the most to me was how genuinely they listened to every single concern I had. They took the time to answer my questions, offered thoughtful advice, and made me feel truly heard. The level of care and compassion from Dr. Fecteau and Daniel was incredible. It honestly felt like they cared about Stinky just as much as I do, and as a cat mom, that means everything. The sweetest part was that she actually came home happier than when we left, completely obsessed with the new toy they gifted her! I left feeling so grateful and relieved. It is such an amazing feeling to know your pet is in hands that are not only knowledgeable, but truly kind and compassionate. I cannot wait to come back, though hopefully not too soon because we are wishing Stinky lots of good health haha 🤍🤍

If I could give CHEWY VET a million 🌟 stars I would. I had been contemplating transferring to chewy from our previous vet due to my senior chi having heart health issues. THANK YOU DR.CARMONA for examining Butterball so thoroughly and hands on with him. Listened to everything. Made recommendations. Sitting with me actually reviewing his report. Removing medication that was not necessary and getting him back on the right track. You saved my baby. To RACHEL you are by far the most amazing vet tech. You and Butterball are forever friends. Rachel is kind compassionate understanding sweet. She handled Butterball like he was her baby. I can honestly not say enough wonderful things about my experience at Chewy yesterday evening. From the bottom of our hearts thank you.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Parking was a little bit tough but I called upon arriving and tech came and met me at my car and carried my cat inside and Luther straight into a room for me while I went to go find a spot. The entire staff was very friendly. The facilities are kept very clean. They are completely transparent about pricing which you can also access on their website. Rachel was the assistant helping me out today. She will make an amazing technician and should be promoted to do such asap. Talking to her felt like I was talking to an old friend. She did great examining my usually very sassy cat who actually loved her so much she laid her head on her arm during the exam. It was a very non invasive experience for her which I really appreciate. She constructed a full estimate for me before moving forward with any treatment to assure I was comfortable with the pricing and didn’t make me feel pressured on my choices for treatment. Dr. Chris came to examine her as well and was able to help me rule out all my concerns. Rachel even put together a gift bag with cat toys in it for both of my babies which was so kind of her. 10/10 recommend this facility. My cats are not just pets to me they are my children so to see such amazing care brought me so much peace of mind.
