Dr. Morganne and her staff are wonderful! I trust them 100% with my dogs. She truly cares about the animals she treats. I have recommended several friends to her practice over the years and not a single unhappy pet parent.

I don’t know what we would do without Dr. Patterson and her amazing staff. They truly care about animals, and the way they run their practice shows it. We have had them care for our three dogs. We have had the Pickaroon staff with us through the care of a blind, diabetic dog, and one with chronic issues until the very end. She gave us one last Christmas with one of our dogs and gave us quality time that we knew was borrowed. They don’t just know our pets, they know what’s going on in our lives as well. We recently took in a foster dog with medical needs, and we knew we could do it in part because of the staff at Pickaroon. We love the little guy and are amazed to see the transformation in him with the help of Dr. Patterson. We know they will be there every step of the way for every animal we have. I can’t imagine how busy this office must be because they provide excellent care and are affordable. We know what they recommend is needed, we feel confident in their recommendations and we feel fortunate to be able to provide whatever care our furry friends need because this office is doing it for their love of animals.

We take/took all 4 of our animals to Pickaroon and they truly have been nothing but the best! The compassion showed to the owners and pets alike is something that can’t be taught - they are truly just the best humans and exactly who you want caring for your animals! Smidge was so fortunate to be in their care and we are so grateful to have them as partners in care for our other pets as they move forward in their life stages. Not only are they exceptional people, the pricing is so affordable and for that my wallet thanks you as well!

Terrible service, Absolutely no accountability, our dog never recovered from her surgery Vet blamed it on everything she could think of except her incompetency! Hid behind her receptionist the whole time we dealt with her!! Owner of a dog never did talk to the vet directly. If She had nothing to hide. She wouldn’t have a problem facing the owner directly. We requested many times to talk to her directly. One family member finally talk to her the night before the dog died. She denied fault the whole conversation. She was more worried about cost of emergency vet. Not worried about the dog at all. Don’t take you animal there!!

Dr. Patterson is absolutely amazing! She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. We have been with her for the loss of two of our pets her grace throughout was truly remarkable. Lynette is an absolute Rockstar! She is so on top of everything and if something unusual comes up she will find a way to get it done! I would recommend them for everyone!
