LOVE these guys. I've gone to Dr. R for 20+ years. Dr. Joel is great too. What a wonderful team of veterinary professionals. Our kitties receive great care.. Highly recommend!!

I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Mountainwood, especially Dr. R and Katie. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard, supported, and cared for. Dr. R was thorough, honest, and compassionate, and Katie was consistently kind, patient, and reassuring. What sets Mountainwood apart is that they put the animals first—ALWAYS! At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or treated like a transaction. Their focus was completely on Luna’s well-being, not on how much money they could make. They treated Luna with genuine love and respect during a very difficult time, and that level of care is rare. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend Mountainwood without hesitation to anyone looking for truly ethical, compassionate veterinary care.

I was very happy with our experience this time. My dog was limping and had an abnormal skin formation. The vet took time to evaluate several possibilities and decided it was the skin formation that needed to be removed to take away the pain of my dog’s paw. They got her right in to remove the issue.

The staff at Mountainwood has lovingly cared for my puppy-love for 11.5 years. Last week, we had to put him down. Dr. Joel was wonderful throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions, told me exactly what to expect, and had incredible compassion during a very difficult day. We highly recommend Mountainwood - they truly love and care for your fur-babies!
